I frequent Oakland Korean restaurants whenever I get the chance, but now I can make some of the dishes I’ve had before but are hard to find. So far I’ve tried the kongnamul bap, which is super easy and delicious, and jjajangmyeon. The jjajangmyeon came out great, and I added extra onion since I like it that way :-) I’m a huge oxtail fan so I think oxtail soup is up next. ( Reviewed in the United States on September 23, 2021 )

Finally Korean Instant Pot Cookbook : I'm just so happy that I don't have to guess how many minutes or use default settings that don't give me good results with Korean food. Instructions are very easy to follow. I made gyeran jjim (steamed eggs) today and it was super delicious. Galbi Jhim in under an hour- unheard of! JapChae in an instant pot, what are you talking about? Korean Meatballs with a sauce so delicious cooked in under 5 mins. Banchan made with fresh ingredients-Move over HMart! The instructions, pictures and stories are so personal that you almost feel like the authors are in your own family.
